Welcome, I’m Tammy. I’m glad you’re here.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I provide in-person and virtual therapy in mid-town Toronto. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. My approach is informed by ACT and other evidence-based mindfulness approaches as well as somatic and experiential therapies. My role is to help you find what works best for your well-being as we explore and experiment with new possibilities. Through this individually tailored experimentation, we’ll work to discover new paths of action, greater empowerment, and more freedom — creating meaningful change, one small shift at a time.

Individual Therapy
I work with adults (age 20+) to provide support for issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, anger, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, relationship and family challenges, grief and loss, job loss or workplace stress, hormonal and fertility changes, chronic pain, and complex health issues. Together we’ll explore patterns that keep you stuck, build inner resources, and make room for growth and healing.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy supports couples facing difficult life transitions, emotional disconnection, and grid-lock conflicts to improve connection and intimacy. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for couples to repair communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges with greater understanding.

Meditation Coaching
Meditation develops focus, self-awareness and the ability to be more open to yourself and others. If you are interested in working one-on-one to establish or develop your practice, coaching might be right for you. I provide personalized guidance to help you develop a steady, accessible meditation practice — or deepen one you already have.
